I Feel Your Salmonella Pain

This week,

I was going to write a scholarly (yet hilarious and insightful) treatise on the societal impact of dual hula hoop and ice bucket challenge addictions…

but I was deterred – and perhaps sickened – by the latest salmonella peanut-almond butter scare.

Brain Clutter: Are You Older? Is Your Brain Full?

Are you older than a fifth grader?

Is Your Brain Full?

Are you stuffed? Hat tight? No room for more information?

According to a recent study, “older” people’s brains are full… so that’s why they tend to respond slower than your average recalcitrant fifteen year old.

Can we have too much knowledge?

Too many experiences?

Too many memories?

Is this a form of mental constipation?

Will there be a pill to clear out our memory caches and brain clutter?
