You’d think with all the money the government spends, they could hire better photographers at the DMV.
Must law-abiding citizens’ driver’s licenses resemble mug shots?
And why do they order you NOT to smile? Most of us look more attractive if we are smiling (or at least faking it).
These horrific photos on driver’s licenses may even explain the large number of cop car chases in Southern California.
(“But, officer… I wouldn’t be caught DEAD with anyone seeing this ugly photo!”)
How about learning a few Photoshop touch-up skills, DMV? Huh, huh, huh ?

That no smiling rule must be universal. We aren’t supposed to do smile in Canada either. Of course my license renewal falls right before Christmas, so it would be harder if someone told me I had to smile.
